What will be corrected?
Protruding ears can be easily corrected. Through a small incision behind the ear the cartilage is grated and softened so that the ear can be easily bent back. To maintain the new position, the cartilage is fixed with buried sutures. The best time for this operation is when children are due to start school.
Ears which lie flat against the head. The wearing of glasses is no problem. Women can wear their hair up with confidence.
